CASCO Corporation (now CD Companies), expanded rapidly throughout the 80s and 90s to include many national retailers like Toys ‘R’ Us, The Home Depot, Circuit City, and many more. With that work came associated civil engineering projects across the United States. During this time, thousands of feasibility studies and site investigative reports were performed, assisting
companies with their site analysis and entitlements. Eventually, CASCO began site development coordination for national retailers and developers, managing their due diligence investigations, approvals, and permitting processes. In 2019, CASCO CIVIL was founded to encompass all of these projects, as well as more expansive civil engineering scope.
Our story began as a solution, answering a strategic initiative of CD Companies.
