4-12 Weeks of Parental Leave

Non-birth parents receive 4 weeks of leave plus an additional 8 weeks of flex time. Birth parents receive additional leave based on their physician's requirements.

Contributions are based on a percentage of an employee's gross pay and are made regardless of how much the employee contributes themselves.
