CIVIL ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN

Casco Civil is seeking AutoCAD Civil 3D designers/drafters to be an integral part of its design teams. We are looking for someone eager for growth and opportunity, who will enjoy working with complete in-house project teams and directly with our leadership. Key Responsibilities:

• Setting up, maintaining, and producing civil engineering construction documents in AutoCAD Civil 3D by coordinating and compiling multidiscipline backgrounds

• Performing preliminary design tasks necessary for project completion including due diligence research on permitting and site development requirements for a variety of clients

• Collaborating with team members in multiple departments

• Providing support to engineers, project managers, and project designers

• Correcting internal markups and providing initial quality control checks on deliverable packages

Qualifications:

• Related technical and /or associates degree

• Experience with AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D. Opportunity for Civil 3D training on the job when necessary

• Experience with work at an engineering  or architectural firm

• Be motivated by growth opportunities
