Our relationship with Leader’s Real Estate has grown over the past few years and led to numerous projects throughout the country. Our scope of work includes site development (including site planning and layout, dry utility coordination, grading and drainage design, water quality and detention design, and sanitary sewer design) on sites ranging in size from 2 to 20 acres. Recent projects have also included off-site improvement work to adjacent roadways.

One such project included the development of a 2.61-acre site for commercial use with ground-up construction of a coffee shop and an auto parts store. The project includes site grading, sanitary septic system design, stormwater network, water quality treatment, and stormwater detention design as well as permitting through a conservation commission, planning and zoning commission, and town council.
