This project consisted of 14.7 acres of redeveloped land divided into 6 lots with mixed use occupancy.

CASCO Civil coordinated with the owner, partnering site contractors, various utility companies, the Missouri Department of Transportation, and potential tenants. We provided civil engineering design services for the demolition of the existing site infrastructure and interim mass grading for the entire site, rerouting off-site stormwater through the site via a 66-inch pipe, rerouting sanitary sewer across the site via an 18” and 21” pipe, site planning and improvement plans that included water quality and stormwater detention, new infrastructure and roadways throughout the entire development, and site planning and improvement plans for a multifamily development on 1 of the six lots within the establishment.
