Darren is a Principal of CD Companies and member of its Board of Directors, with over 30 years of leadership, most prominently as an Account Executive, Project Manager, and Site Development Specialist. He currently serves as the Director of Project Management and Managing Principal of the Civil Engineering division. His years of experience, along with his affinity for client needs, are instrumental in developing client programs and achieving critical goals. He has experience in all phases of the real estate and land development processes including site selection, due diligence exploration, contract negotiation, and entitlement approvals.
