Produced conceptual site plans for the ground up construction of a 71,000 square foot grocery store with 29,000 square feet of additional retail on an 11-acre lot. Best management practices were used to meet Water Quality requirements including underground detention design. Site plans included stormwater conveyance design, sanitary connection design, utility layout design and coordination/approval through respective utility providers. Project included off-site roadway designer for widening existing state and local roads, and redesign of an existing private road.
DIERBERGS CRESTWOOD CROSSING
CRESTWOOD, MO
Civil Designer for the 50-acre site of a demolished mall including 25-acres for 81 residential homes and 25-acres for multi-use commercial multi-tenant development centered around a 75,000 square foot grocery store. Development of the site included demolition, stormwater pollution prevention plan, and mass grading of the entire site to prepare for the final development. Final development included stormwater sewer design, sanitary sewer design, and municipal and utility coordination. Ensure that ADA compliance for pedestrian pathway.

MULTIPLE LOCATIONS
Prepared a feasibility reports for proposed store remodel to incorporate a Sephora within an existing Kohl’s store.
HOBBY LOBBY
ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, FL
Civil Designer for a Hobby Lobby vestibule addition. Development of the site included grading and restiping of realigned drive aisle and parking stall locations, ADA upgrades and connections, addition of several landscaping islands throughout site and grading associated with new landscape islands.
CONCEPTUAL SITE PLAN
ST. PETERS, MO
Conceptual site planning and layout for an 11-acre site for a ground-up 75,000 square foot grocery store, attached tenant buildings, and two outlot buildings. Conceptual site plannings included planning anticipated modifications required to the existing utilities, realignment of large sanitary sewer main and regrading of two existing stormwater detention ponds. Multiple iterations of conceptual site plans to balance anticipated existing utility modifications and preferred site layout.

In conjunction with co-Developers, Keat Properties and Keeley Development Group, assisting in overall site development coordination of the new, mixed-use development in Olivette on the prominent corner of Interstate 170 and Olive Boulevard. The development includes 100,000 SF of building area and 14 acres of site development. The premier mixed used development will feature corporate office space, a grocery store, a mix of retail, dining and entertainment options, and a 135- room, select service hotel. In addition to due diligence, municipal and utility coordination, campus design, storm system, and water quality design.

VARIOUS SITES ACROSS CALIFORNIA AND COLORADO
Produced civil plans for the installation of electric vehicle charging stations in Colorado and California. Plans included ensuring all ADA requirements of electric charging stations were met, stall layout and associated grading.

LEE’S SUMMIT, MO
Produced conceptual site plans and construction of a 5,000 square foot building to contain an urgent care clinic and coffee shop. Development of the site included grading for parking lot removal and replacement, site design and layout to incorporate drive-thru and commercial and medical office needs from existing bank layout.
